This afternoon I am taking off for holidays to go vist my family. The beginning of the week will be spent up north and then for new years we head down south. I most likely will not be posting much during that time. Although I haven't been posting much at all the last few weeks either, so you are probably used to that.

I hope y'all have a great holiday and my wish is that you spend it with family and friends. Have a good one!

It is so cold out today. I decided to walk to school this afternoon and by the time I got there I was so cold I could barely move. I guess I am a big wimp. I am sure it will get much colder in February so I better suck it up and get used to it.

People have been sending me some wedding photos. There are definitely some good ones and since I don't have the professional ones yet I really appreciate seeing these photos. I will try and post some soon, I promise. I am at school on a public computer right now so I can't edit them the way I want just yet.

One a side note, it is my birthday tomorrow!!! I will be 25 years old. A lot has happened in the last year, a lot for me to be thankful for. I also have to get on the ball with getting my name changed, does anyone know the best way to get that done? I think I need the marriage license first, which I have to get from Jayson. I thought things would slow down after the wedding, but now with Christmas and such I still have so much to do.

All the Christmas shopping got put off because of the wedding, now I have three more days to get all my Christmas shopping done. It will be pretty crazy around my house for the next couple of days. At least we finally got all the wedding gifts opened and put away. We did really well with wedding gifts. I am amazed at the generosity of our friends and family. Everything has been so wonderful.

Yes, despite the cold, I am in a very good mood today.

Tonight I am having a mini reunion with some friends I haven't seen since highschool. It should be pretty interesting to see how everyone's lives have changed. Some of these people I haven't seen in more then seven years. Wow, how time flies when your having fun.

Well, I did it, I got married. You can all change my name in your address books to Angela Hoffort. From now on important decisions will be made by we instead of me and I now am part of my own new family. It is all so exciting. The wedding was just wonderful. It was so beautiful and a lot of people that I expected to leave early stayed until the end of the night. It was great. Everyone seemed to have a good time and I know that Marc and I sure did. The ceremony was very nice, both Marc and I were pretty watery eyed throughout. Neither of us cried, although I could hear my bridesmaid sniffing behind me. The dance was the fun part. The DJ was very good and I would recommend him to anyone. Even my gramma, whom hasn't dance since she was a young woman was on the dance floor several times. Every time I went to her table she kept telling me how much fun she was having and how great everything was. The whole day was beautiful and I am so thankful for everyone that took part in it. I can't wait to see the pictures.

It's snowing. I was starting to think all the snow was going to be gone before the wedding, leaving everything a blah, yucky wet brown. Instead it is snowing and everything will be covered in nice fresh snow. But, there is still two more days for the weather to change. Here's hoping.

The rehearsal is tomorrow. Finally everything is coming together, it seems like we have been waiting for so long. Just jokes, I think we had the shortest engagements that I know of. Everything has come together so quickly and I love it that way. I wouldn't want a long engagement like most people opt for these days.

I don't think I have ever been this homesick. I can't wait until tomorrow when I finally get home after all this traveling and working. Home, sweet home. It seems the day will never come. I don't even get home until midnight tomorrow night, why can't it at least be earlier in the day? I miss my fish, our puppy, the roomie that is a love-sick puppy right now and most of all, my fiancee. Imagine that, I miss Marc... I miss him most of all. Home, sweet home.

Congratulations Carmen and Dan on the new addition to our family. Marc and I are now Auntie and Uncle. A little earlier then expected, I was actually quite worried when I first found out. But, the pictures are beautiful and I am so happy everything is alright.

So, last night, I found out about the details on the CBA proposal from the NHLPA to the NHL, made yesterday.

You know what's truly sad? I couldn't sleep last night, because I was mulling over reasons that the NHLPA proposal wasn't good enough for the league and what their counter-offer should be. I know that it's totally out of my hands, but I can't get my hockey-loving mind to accept it.

There will be a counter-offer by the NHL on Tuesday. I really hope that the two sides can resolve their differences next week, and save the remainder of the season.

Please come back, hockey. I miss you.

We are back. It was a great trip. Very relaxing and exciting. As expected, I took a lot of pictures. Actually, I took over 500 pictures to be more precise. Tomorrow morning I am leaving for a trip to Chicago. There I will be doing some research and I plan on going through and editing most of the honeymoon photos while I am there. You can expect to see a lot of photos in the next little while. Especially if you check out my daily photo website.

The weather in Bermuda was above 20 the whole time. Now I am home and it is below -20. What a change, it is so cold. Gotta love Saskatchewan. I am glad to see that is snowed while I was away. I was a little worried that there wouldn't be any snow for the wedding.

The wedding is in only nine more days, the count down is on.
